Experience:

  • 5 years experience in a sales and marketing role with at least 1 year in a healthcare or senior care environment with a track record of driving initiatives that lead to improved patient experience
  • 2 years of supervisory experience with demonstrated ability to mentor and develop team members

Education: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
  • Master’s Degree preferred
  • DHCS Training and passing grade Exam/Certification as a Marketing Representative within 30 days of hire
  • Valid State Driver’s License with a clean DMV record

Skills and Abilities:

  • Proficiency working in Customer Relations Management software, i.e., Sales Force
  • Highly motivated, self-directed, and able to execute tasks in a quickly changing environment and make sound decisions in emergency situations
  • Familiarity with local community agencies and resources is preferred
  • Working knowledge of PACE regulations is preferred
  • Experience leading a data-driven organization, leveraging reports and data to prioritize and manage people and projects
  • A highly motivated, inspirational leader who is able to innovatively engage, support and remove barriers for the team to ensure the team consistently meets established goals

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • In collaboration with the company’s VP of Outreach and Enrollment, Regional Director of Outreach and Enrollment, and Executive Director, develop, update, and maintain the Marketing Plan including the development of new target markets and innovative approaches to existing target markets
  • Effectively implement the Marketing Plan to achieve enrollment goals
  • In close collaboration with the company’s leadership team and IDT, guide the outreach and enrollment process to ensure prospective participants move through the enrollment process in a timely and effective manner
  • Successfully pass the CA State Marketing exam, train and assure passing of the Marketing exam by all O&E staff
  • Develop and direct all outreach and enrollment activities and processes
  • Manage O&E Team including hiring, training, supervising, and mentoring
  • Manage the O&E Department budget
  • Cross-train on other O&E roles and provide back coverage as necessary
  • Comply with and oversee the O&E Team’s compliance with all rules pertaining to allowable and prohibited marketing practices
  • Comply with and oversee O&E Team’s complete and timely documentation in CRM software, Salesforce
  • Create community partnerships at higher levels with referral sources and potential referral sources
